TERMS & CONDITIONS

BY PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW.

In this document the terms “us”, “we”and “their” refers to Eat With Bella. The terms “your” and “you” refers to the person responsible for all payments and decisions regarding the order.

PAYMENT

For all custom orders, Eat With Bella requires a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure a booking. The order is not confirmed until this deposit is received. Full payment is due two weeks prior to collection/delivery of your order. The due date will be indicated on your invoice.Failure to meet this requirement will require in the cancellation of your order.
 

When a booking is made less than two weeks prior to collection, the full balance is required upfront.

Payments must be made via bank transfer. Credit card payment can be arranged if necessary, however, please be aware that a 1.85% surcharge will apply.

Kindly be advised that orders for weekend pickup conclude at 6 PM on the Sunday prior. If an order is placed after this time, your order is unable to be fulfilled and you will receive a full refund (minus a processing fee). 

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be submitted to EWB in writing. Cancellation requests made at least 5 days prior to your collection date allow for either rescheduling or a full refund (minus a small processing fee). Requests for cancellation with less than 5 days notice do not qualify for rescheduling or any form of refund.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Any changes made to your order must be submitted to EWB in writing, a minimum of two weeks before the order due date (e.g., size increases/decreases, design changes). Please be aware that any changes made to your order after an invoice has been sent may incur an additional fee for booking alterations or items that were already purchased.
 

If you need to change the date of your order, you must inform EWB in writing. EWB will happily accommodate change of dates, providing there is availability on the new requested date. 

REFUNDS

EWB does not provide refunds or exchanges for products. If you believe the product quality is not to standard, the product must be returned, and a refund will be assessed at the discretion of EWB. A refund cannot be issued for products that have already been consumed.
 

EWB does not provide refunds or exchanges for products where customers are unhappy due to the design. It is your responsibility to make your design clear. Please be aware that EWB will use their creative judgement and professional experience where needed. It is our desire to please our customers, so if you are unhappy with your design when your order is collected, please let us know and we will attempt to resolve the issue.

VARIANCES

EWB cannot guarantee that a product will be exactly the same as requested. EWB uses their creative judgement and professional experience when decorating products and therefore, variances may occur.
 

EWB is happy to receive inspiration photos of other cake, cookie and cupcake designs, however, please be aware that EWB cannot copy these designs exactly and will use their creativity to produce their own version.
 

Fresh flowers for cakes and cupcakes are subject to seasonal availability. In a circumstance where we cannot obtain the requested flowers, we will source an appropriate alternative.

COLLECTION AND DELIVERY

If you have chosen to collect your products, they must be collected at the agreed time. There will be a fifteen-minute leeway for your confirmed pickup time. If you are running behind time, please let us know. EWB will be busy with other collections /deliveries. Therefore, it is important that you are on time to ensure you do not have to come back and collect your order later.

DAMAGE AND LIABILITY

EWB is not liable for any damage that occurs once your products have been picked up or delivered to your venue. Please view our FAQ page to find more information on how to best transport and store your products.
 

EWB products are created in a kitchen where nuts, eggs, dairy, sesame, wheat and other high-risk allergens are prepared. Although EWB takes great care in cleaning surfaces and equipment to remove contamination, we cannot guarantee that products do not contain traces of high-risk allergy foods.
 

Although flowers are carefully wrapped before being inserted into our products, fresh flowers are provided by an outside source and are not a food item. Please be aware, fresh flowers may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or contaminants.
 

Eat with Bella reserves the right to take photos of anything made by them and to use these for promotion, display or advertising without compensation to you.

COVID POLICY

If a situation arises where you need to cancel or change your order due to COVID-19, you may choose to postpone your order or opt for a refund.

Please be aware that to do so, Eat With Bella must be notified at least 4 days prior to your collection date.

Unfortunately if your order is cancelled with less than 4 days notice, Eat With Bella cannot priovde a full refund as preparations will have commenced. If the cancellation is due to a sudden announced lockdown or new restriction, refunds or postponements will be at the discretion of Eat With Bella, where situations will be considered on a case by case basis. 

 

*Please note that custom decorations (cake signs, edible images, flowers etc.) that have already been purchased will not be refunded.
