  • How long will my cake last?
    Providing your cake is kept in the fridge, your cake will keep fresh for 4 days. Store your cake in the fridge and consume at room temperature!
  • How should I store my products?
    EWB cakes are yummiest when eaten fresh and at room temperature! We recommend consuming your cake within 3 days of collection and making sure that you store any leftovers in the fridge.
  • Can I travel long distances with my cake?
    If you are planning on taking your cake with you in a car over a long distance, I recommend popping it into a cooler bag (with ice bricks if possible) and placing it on the floor of your front car seat. Be sure to steer clear of using the car heater, and if possible ramp the air conditioning right up, especially in summer! I have had many customers have success taking there cakes down south so it is certainly possible!
  • Are the mirrors edible?
    Unfortunately the mirrors are not edible. You will need to remove your mirror before you cut your cake. But don't fret, doing so is easy as! We highly recommend viewing the video below for how to best remove your mirror before having a go.
  • My mirror is foggy and full of condensation. What do I do?
    The condensation will disappear, we promise! As we recommend with all of our cakes, they are best at room temperature - in all aspects! Remove your cake from the fridge 1.5 hours before you plan eating it and taking your selfies! This way, the mirror will have long enough to get to room temperature, and as a result, your mirror will be pristine clear with no condensation, ready to show off your beautiful face.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    Unfortunately we do not currently have the capacity to offer delivery.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellation requests made at least 5 days prior to your collection date allow for either rescheduling or a full refund (minus a small processing fee). Requests for cancellation with less than 5 days notice do not qualify for rescheduling or any form of refund.
  • How much notice is needed to order?
    During peak season, we are often fully booked weeks in advance, so we recommend enquiring 2-3 weeks ahead of time to ensure we have the availability to serve you. We can occasionally accept last minute orders, subject to availability. If this is the case, please email us at hello@eatwithbella.com and we will do our best to hopefully fit you in!
  • How can I safely transport my cake?
    There is no need to stress about transporting your cake, it is easier than you think! When you collect your cake, it will be in a cake box, on a cake board. Ideally, if you bring someone along, they can hold the cake on their lap. However, if you are alone, cakes are best transported on a flat surface such as the floor of your passenger seat. Please ensure you drive carefully and avoid any sudden braking or fast turns. It is also important you have the air-conditioning up high to keep the cake cool.
  • How much does a cake cost?
    Our cake prices vary depending on their size and design. 'SHOP NOW' cake prices can be seen on our website. For custom cake prices, please submit an online order form and we will get back to you as soon as we can with a price.
  • Where can I collect my order from?
    EWB is located in Woodvale, WA 6026. An address for collection will be provided on the week of your collection.
  • How should I cut my cake?
    NOTE: All cakes have a dowel in their centre. Please remove this before cutting
  • When can I collect my order?
    All cakes are made ready for collection on Fridays and Saturdays. Collection Location: Woodvale, Perth, WA. Collection Hours: Friday 9am-11am OR 2:30pm-4:00pm. Saturday 8:00am-9:30am. Please indicate your preferred collection time when submitting your order form.
  • Do you offer GF, DF, nut free or vegan options?
    We do not offer GF, DF or vegan options as of yet. EWB can provide nut-free products but please be aware that all products are created in a kitchen where nuts, eggs, dairy, sesame, wheat and other high-risk allergens are prepared. We take great care in wiping down surfaces and equipment to remove contamination, but we cannot guarantee that products do not contain traces of high-risk allergy foods.
  • I spilt something on my SELFIE Cake mirror! What can I do?
    Don't stress, this is an easy fix! You can clean your mirror just as you normally would. Just be sure to not use any chemicals! I highly recommend using a paper towel, dampened with water. If straight water isn't working, try the old trick of adding a touch of vinegar into your water first. Trust me, it works a treat. You can watch how easy it is to clean your mirror in the video below.
  • I sent you an enquiry and I have not heard back yet?
    Baking sweets keeps us super busy so please kindly allow up to four business days for a response. If you do not hear back from us within this timeframe, please re-send your enquiry and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
  • But if the mirrors aren't edible, how can we cut the cake?
    After you have had all the fun in the world taking your cake selfies, you can easily remove the mirror to then enjoy the cake! Watch the video below for the best way to do this!
  • How do I place an order?
    You can order a cake via our 'SHOP NOW' range of products. We have plenty of designs to choose from and you can customise these designs with your desired colours and wording. If you're looking for something that little bit extra special, we also offer custom cakes. We love bringing your cake dreams to life! Simply submit an online enquiry form via our 'CUSTOM ORDER' tab. Please fill in the order form with as much detail as possible and I will get back to you as soon as possible advising availability and pricing.
